Insight Mentoring is a mentoring agency that specializes in supporting individuals with Autism and related deficits gain social skills, transition into adulthood, and live life to the fullest potential. We are dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of our clients and their families.
Our team is committed to providing personalized support and guidance to help individuals achieve their goals and thrive in their communities. We believe in the potential of every individual and are passionate about empowering them to lead fulfilling lives.
Our methods consist of 1:1 meeting throughout the week to help maintain and manage goals. Along with weekend outings to exercise those skills in a variety of fun and relevant settings to expose and expand the induvial and group within the community.
1:1 meetings/sessions take place in the community at a coffee shop, library, or gym while doing a workout. While outings are always out in the community at various Chicagoland location and sometimes into Wisconsin!
Our Goals Focus on growth towards independence within the areas of Home Life, Social Life, Academic/Career, and Healthy Life Style.

We offer specialized assistance to ease the transition into adulthood, including support with education, employment, executive functioning and independent living.
Life Enrichment
Our holistic approach aims to enrich lives by promoting independence, self-advocacy, and meaningful engagement in the community.
Family Support
We provide comprehensive support and resources for families to navigate challenges and celebrate achievements.
We have Clinical support for families and clients, from Dr. Amy Fayazrad who will facilitate some client-based groups and family/parent groups from time to time.
Dr. Fayazrad also consults on annual goals as needed/desired.
Personal Growth
Our programs are designed to foster personal growth, self-confidence, and the pursuit of individual Goals .in the areas of Home Life, Social Life, Academics, Career, and Healthy Life styles.
Community Integration
We facilitate community integration and participation, fostering a sense of belonging and contribution.
Our 1:1 Sessions and mentor led Social Outings are all community based. Creating new exposures and enhancing skills.

Our Team consists of caring professionals and volunteer 'Peer Mentors' who strive to provide quality support and direction to our clients.
